Stand Straight and place your hand at the side of your waist measure from the shoulder to your elbow and then to the wrist.

Keep the measuring tape horizontally and measure around the fullest part of your
chest, keep one finger gap between the tape and your body.

Stand straight and measure from one end of the backside of your shoulders to the other end placing the tape below the collar base.

Measure the widest part of the neck by allowing the measuring tape to move comfortably around the neck.

Measure around the smallest part of your waist.
